We raise Angus-Cross and Charolais cows which are pasture-bred to Angus bulls. Cattle are managed utilizing rotational grazing techniques with a strong emphasis on humane care, ensuring the cattle have plenty of space to roam while being handled as infrequently as possible. This approach fosters a low-stress environment resulting in beef that is rich in flavor, tender, and produced in an ethical manner, supporting both the health of the land and the well-being of the animals.
